How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account and everything in it, photos included, is deleted at once. It can’t be undone.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. You’ll get a link to choose a new one. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Notifications don’t arrive

First check that your phone allows notifications for Loomia, in the phone’s settings. Then, in the app, check Settings → Notifications. On the web, Loomia doesn’t send notifications.

I signed in with Apple and hid my email

That’s fine: Loomia only sees Apple’s relay address, and Apple forwards to your real one. If you write to support, mention that you use Sign in with Apple so we can find your account.
